This kit is used for in vitro qualitative detection of novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 ORF1ab and N gene in samples, including nasopharyngeal swab, oropharyngeal swab, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and stool, for diagnosis of the COVID-19infection, the suspected cluster cases and of the patients who need differential diagnosis of COVID-19 infection. The choice of targets for this kit is strictly in accordance with the recommendation in Guidelines for Laboratory Testing of COVID-9 Infected Pneumonia 3rd Edition by the National Health Commission of the Peoples Republic of China and the US CDC. The detection sensitivity is 200 copies per ml. The probes used are designed independently, covering the target fragments beyond the standards of WHO, China CDC, the United States and Germany, to avoid missed detection to the greatest extent. |
