Acer Being Communications aims to build a resilient city, providing solutions including smart water meters, smart water quality monitoring system, and smart water storage. Acer's smart water meters are divided into two types: plug-in type and integrated type. The external smart water meter can add a meter reading box to the existing mechanical water meter, and upload the water consumption information to the designated location through the edge computing to do image recognition. The integrated smart water meter has a built-in valve that can be opened or closed remotely as required. Acer's water quality monitoring system adopts a miniaturized chassis design, which is easy to install in different places. It is also easy to maintain because of the built-in micro-channel. Smart water storage provides solutions to the problem of inefficiency in existing sponge cities. |
