Function:
1.Melting: Melting chocolate liquor and cocoa butter with water bath tank. Cold water and warm water can be used for accelerating temperature adjustment.
2.Tempering: Automatically adjust water bath to setting temperature. You can inject cold and hot water to accelerate the process.
3.Heat preservation: Constant water bath temperature keeps the chocolate liquid.
4.Mold filling: The rotating plate carries the chocolate to the spout in order to fill the mold.
