CSQL was established on December 15th, 2006, as the first professional unit of test quality control in the country, where there are simultaneously two important events: (1) Vietnam officially joined WTO, require entire system must be improved the quality to integrate; (2) ISO promulgated standard ISO15189:2007 (medical laboratories - particular requirements for quality and competence), many countries in the world start getting more interested in test quality. Thus, the establishment of the Center in this Situation is completely suitable with the strong transformation of the country, timely marks as a new activity of Vietnam testing branch following the world's trend-standardization in the test quality. In the coming years, along with the development of the country in general and the health branch in particular, the Center will continue to improve the test quality control competence, contributing to people's health caring beneficially and effectively. |
