As a professional magnetic & inductive component provider, Providence Electronics Corp. was found in 2013, with 2500 employees worldwide.Pursuing "professional refinement" in every detail to meet customer demand, our footprint throughout Consumer electronics, Industrial & Telecommunications from the very beginning, then move into Automotive application from year 2015. We're now serving more than 80 customers globally, and some of our customers are from the leading position in their expertise field.Today, we PEC-coil have three plants manufacturing Transformer, Common Mode Choke & PFC choke, and one plant producing standard SMD Inductor. Most of our plants are certified with ISO9001, ISO14001 & IATF16949 standard, and with total capacity 26M pieces per month. For automotive application, we have more than 50 standard series Inductors are with AEC-Q200 qualified. We also design customized transformer, CMC choke, Output choke based on customer application requirement, and all of these designs will be qualified based on AECQ standard before mass production. For power transformer, we have applied Electrical Insulation System based on UL Class B, Class F & Class H. It could support our customer for compliance with UL/CUL/VDE standard from system level. |
