Brief |
"Our corporation was established in September 1988 (Showa 63) by its first chairman, Mr. Atsushige Takahara, with the founding philosophy of “enhancing the well-being of the elderly and respecting life.” For over 30 years, we have been deeply rooted in the local community, addressing the diverse and rapidly growing welfare needs of a super-aged society. Over time, we have expanded into a comprehensive range of eldercare and medical services, including senior housing, home care, day care, small-scale multifunctional facilities, residential care, as well as clinics and home medical care.
To continuously improve customer-centered service quality, we obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification in June 2003 and ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Certification in June 2010, ensuring a systematic approach to listening to customers and enhancing service quality. Subsequently, we also acquired ISO 29990 Certification for Education and Training and ISO 14000 Environmental Management Certification, underscoring our commitment to professional development and community contribution.
